Its important to know that what you do matters.As a Senior Property Underwriter within our General Insurance business, you will be responsible for maintaining a renewal portfolio with a panel of VIC/TAS brokers, using your technical underwriting capabilities to drive profitable growth. In this market-facing role, you will utilise your superior communication & organisational skills whilst collaborating across the Victorian sales and underwriting team to effectively service and develop the portfolio in line with Zurichs strategic plan.Important to your success - let''s grow togetherExperience in Property Underwriting and a comprehensive understanding of the general insurance industry.Proven technical underwriting capability including facultative reinsurance.ANZIIF CIP qualifications or equivalent and bachelors degree or post-graduate qualifications.Strong understanding of the broker market with superior relationship-building and negotiation skills.Knowledge of underwriting philosophy, techniques, regulations, and guidelines.Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.Belong.
