This role provides ongoing high-touch and high-value support to a group of employees through meaningful face-to-face and virtual conversations.The People Partner is a culture champion of change, helping to drive ANZs key mindsets and behaviors. This includes key programs to increase our peoples engagement. People Partners have an advisory role in career development and coaching, covering staffing, training opportunities, skill building, and performance discussions. They engage in ongoing coaching conversations to ensure our people are growing.They help employees navigate the organization and provide advice about performance and career goals. The People Partner proactively identifies opportunities for automation or process reimagination to focus more on people.
