Supervising a team, the Finance Business Partnering Lead focuses on strategically guiding thefinancial direction of the assigned portfolio, to formulate comprehensive financial plans, covering budgeting,forecasting, and scenario analysis.Reporting into the Associate Director, Business Engagement, this position will operate with a significant degreeof autonomy.Key ResponsibilitiesTake the lead in consistently monitoring financial performance for the designated portfolio throughout the month, proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation.Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to Senior Management.Provide strategic management accounting advice and recommendations on appropriate actions.Collaborate with team leaders and departments to ensure financial alignment with overall organisational objectives.Improve the Universitys performance by providing senior leaders and stakeholders with contemporary financial management advice and solutions to support decision making.
