Our services include assisting Board members, CEOs, CFOs, and treasury teams with debt structuring, funding arrangements for maturing or new debt, acquisition financing, project funding, and real estate development. Our team collaborates with Deloittes Audit, Tax, Consulting, Transactions, M&A, and private equity units. We have advised and arranged over $12bn+ in funding for iconic clients in Australia and Asia in recent years.About the teamDeloitte Debt and Capital Advisory consists of experienced professionals based in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, with national coverage and deal origination roles. We are part of a global network with 180 offices, focusing on ASX-listed and private corporates, real estate, government, and infrastructure clients. Our team offers financing ideas, borrowing structures, credit rating guidance, strategic advice, and manages debt and capital funding transactions. Experience in Debt and Capital Advisory or corporate/investment banking is preferred, with a proven track record of successful deals and clients.You will also have:Commercial acumen and understanding of financial markets and debt/capital products.Strong coaching, mentoring, and team management skills.Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationships.At least 10+ years experience in origination, structuring, and execution of debt and capital deals across various sectors.Strong analytical skills and financial statement understanding.Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and ability to analyze large data sets.A proactive, collaborative approach and project management skills.Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or mathematics, with relevant postgraduate qualifications (e.g., CA, CFA, Masters).Why Deloitte?We focus on impactful work, continuous learning, and innovation.
