We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and effective management Lead, mentor, and manage staff, including rostering, training, and performance evaluation Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier relationships Ensure the store''s presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer inquiries Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports Implement promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement Advise customers on bathroom design solutions, ensuring they receive expert guidance throughout the buying process Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per annum (excluding benefits) Skills and Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years'' experience in a retail management role Experience in bathroom sales or home improvement retail is highly desirable Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage budgets, analyse sales data, and drive business growth Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems How to Apply: If you believe you have the experience and skills to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
