About The Team City Development is responsible for the management and assessment of development applications, developer contributions, planning appeals, research, and the provision of expert planning, building, and technical advice. Within City Development, the Engineering and Landscape Assessment (E&LA) Business Unit is responsible for the assessment of operational work applications (detailed designs) and for providing specialist advice on engineering and landscape matters in the context of development applications. E&LA works closely with colleagues in planning, infrastructure, and asset management to ensure well-informed decision-making. The E&LA Business Unit provides excellent opportunities to collaborate with industry professionals on development applications and to contribute to shaping the Citys future through expert technical assessments and advice. About Your New Role Youll be part of a pivotal phase in the Gold Coasts development, where your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the regions future.
