Job Number: 423e0b14-a34c-4c62-b85c-9cfe2605babc Benefits Professional training and development Fantastic resources to utilise Flexible with hours to ensure you have a great work/life balance Well recognised service within the community Supportive and longstanding team The Role Permanent full time room leader of the toddlers room working with 12 children maximum each day Ensure high levels of communication and collaborate to create an exciting learning environment Assist with planning and setting up interactive and engaging environments Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents Role Requirements Diploma of Early Childhood and Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) Previous Lead educator experience Understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Full working rights in Australia The Company Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate lead educator to create exciting opportunities for learning in their toddlers room. Located near Clayfield, the service operates between 7am 6pm and welcomes up to 90 children each day. The spacious service offers naturally designed rooms with designated outdoor play areas for children to explore in a natural space. Working with up to 12 children in the room each day, you will be responsible for creating stimulating experiences in the toddlers room and mentoring your team to thrive within their roles.
