Travel Consultant Groups & Incentive TravelTravel Consultant Incentive Travel / Conference Groups / Luxury & Extension TravelMelbourne or Sydney Based212Fs roots have been in incentive travel for over 29 years and we delight in creating award-winning and bespoke local and international travel reward programs, conferences, and events.An exciting role has opened in the 212F group of companies - we are currently looking for an experienced groups Travel Consultant to assist our travel and events team. You will be joining the team in a key growth phase and this role is to support the existing ticketing confirmed business requirements of 212F Group - being 212F and Incremental Marketing for both Australia and New Zealand. You will also actively contribute and help lead the ongoing growth of the flight bookings division across the group.The role will be responsible for 3 main areas of ticketing:Events & Conferences mostly Pan Pacific and AsiaIncentive Travel Groups and Extensions InternationalVIP Program Concierge High-end VIP leisure bookings for rewards program customersWe are open to full-time or part-time applicants - both permanent or contract applicants could be considered. The role can be a combination of office and work from home (4-1 or 3-2 model), based from our brand new Clarendon Street, South Melbourne office, or Ultimo, NSW office. Not only is the workload exciting and varied, all airfares 212F sell are fully carbon offset.Established business with existing ticketing fee model (we dont rely on commissions)Significant volume of confirmed groups in the next 12 months+Opportunity to attend famil tripsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience working as a group travel consultant (minimum 3+ years experience)Knowledge of fares and ticketing, strong GDS skillsDemonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and outstanding customer service skillsIn-depth knowledge & passion for travel to sell FIT itineraries to valued clientsExperience in managing large group flight bookings (100+ pax)Exposure to domestic, international and tailor-made itinerariesHigh level of attention to detailTeam playerEventsAIR experience beneficial, but not essentialReporting to Director of Travel & Events Australia.Salary commensurate with experience.ABOUT THE COMPANY:212F is the largest independent B2B loyalty, incentive and rewards specialist in ANZ.
