Our client, the largest food and beverage company in the Middle East, is looking for experienced leaders to join their growing poultry operations in Saudi Arabia. These senior roles offer the chance to manage large-scale operations in remote locations. Candidates will need to relocate from Australia. Key Responsibilities: Farm Maintenance Manager: Lead and organise all maintenance operations across remote poultry farms Supervise maintenance teams, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency Manage agricultural, industrial, and animal feeding equipment Develop and implement preventative maintenance and operational procedures Liaise with senior leadership to align maintenance activities with production goals Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement Divisional Engineering Manager: Oversee all engineering and maintenance functions at a major poultry processing plant Lead a multicultural engineering team, ensuring optimal plant operations Ensure continuity of essential systems such as power generation, refrigeration, and water treatment Develop strategies to reduce operational risks and improve system reliability Uphold high standards of safety, performance, and quality Contribute to sustainability initiatives and business continuity planning Key Requirements: Farm Maintenance Manager: 7+ years of experience in maintenance management in an industrial/agricultural environment Strong leadership skills in training, team organisation, and workforce performance Experience in preventative maintenance and operational optimisation Ability to thrive in remote, high-pressure environments Divisional Engineering Manager: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field Over a decade of experience in engineering and maintenance, ideally within poultry or food processing In-depth knowledge of industrial utilities, plant systems, and food processing equipment Proven strategic planning, risk management, and leadership capabilities Conditions & Benefits: Remote worksite with full on-site accommodation and utilities provided VIP medical insurance and all meals provided via on-site canteen 6 weeks on/2 weeks off rotational work schedule Six return flights annually Paid visa processing and relocation assistance Recreational facilities including swimming pool, games room, mini-market, and laundry services Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience If you''re ready to take on a leadership role in one of the largest food and beverage operations and relocate to the Middle East, apply now!
