To learn more about our purpose and portfolio, click here.About the roleWorking within the central HSW team, this role is crucial in fostering a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace environment.The role provides professional, timely advice and support primarily to ensure continuous improvement in Health, Safety & Wellness systems, programs, and performance, protecting our employees, products, and environment.This position acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members on HSW matters, guiding the implementation of TWEs HSW and cultural systems and programs.Demonstrate leadership with site management teams and stakeholders to develop systems, site improvements, and plans.Collaborate with site managers to facilitate core processes such as Hazard Management, Incident Investigation, Injury Management, and Contractor Management.Manage the service delivery of Site Hazard Improvement Plans, quarterly reporting, site inspections, and training.Proactively review safety trends and develop action plans to mitigate risks.Manage investigations of critical WHS events/incidents and prepare relevant reports.About youWith proven experience in a similar role, demonstrated knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, and AS4024, you will have a well-rounded communication style and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.Effective planning and management of multiple tasks and deadlines from various stakeholders.Experience delivering HSW programs and initiatives within a manufacturing environment.Understanding of WHS and risk management principles.Diploma in WHE/OH&S or equivalent experience.OFA and RTW training.HSR training.Why youll love it here:Our culture is built on authenticity, courage, and collaborationcore to who we are at TWE.We prioritize your growth with global career opportunities and programs supporting your health, wellbeing, and career development.Enjoy our employee product allowance to experience our wines.Receive an additional day off each year with your TWEforME Day, to spend as you wish.We offer benefits like flexibility, rewards, discounts, and health initiatives.
