This role encompasses the conceptualizing and finishing of all digital and web communications, signage, packaging, and all other assetsKey AccountabilitiesWork alongside key stakeholders such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Planning, Retail Operations, Group Customer & Digital.Conceptualize, design and execute creative communications across digital and printDesign assets for social channels such as Instagram, Facebook and related performance marketing channelsDevelop print collateral for VM and retail, including decals and in-store signageProvide graphic support for internal communications, including presentations and templatesResearch and develop new ideas for visual design, typography, layouts, animated and motion graphics.Oversee weekly creative workflow management, maintain accuracy of marketing calendar.Key CapabilitiesPrevious experience in a graphic design role, within fashion/ creative industry preferableHigh level of understanding of responsive design across multiple devicesIntermediate experience of graphic design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and FigmaWell-developed time management skills and ability to prioritizeExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsMaintain accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.Why work for CRG?The Country Road Group is one of Australasias largest Lifestyle Brand Houses comprising of iconic brands such as Country Road, POLITIX, Trenery, Witchery and MIMCO.
