This role plays a crucial part in supporting our HR department by facilitating various HR processes and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in Human Resources and make a meaningful impact within our organisation.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Assist employees with queries and resolve issues.Help organise company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building initiatives.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.Provide payroll support, including entering new employees into payroll systems and time sheet verification and data entry.Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with employee representatives, employee associations and unions, and other key stakeholders.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 1 year experience in a similar HR role.Payroll experience preferred but not essential.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.Understanding of the employee life cycle, including knowledge of employment law, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.If you are ready to take the next step in your HR career and join a supportive team dedicated to making a difference, we encourage you to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
