Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate programs for youth and community development, including at-risk youth. Engage with community stakeholders through consultation and strategic partnerships. Manage projects and events, including budgeting and timelines. Travel to remote locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications and Experience Relevant tertiary qualification in Youth Work, Community Development, Social Sciences, or related field. Minimum of 3 years'' experience in strategic planning, program delivery, and management within youth services or community development. Experience in community engagement, partnerships, and stakeholder management across sectors. Proven project management skills. Ability to work in remote locations and flexible hours.
