Job Description

Our client is seeking experienced Sous Chefs and Chef de Partie to join their team. Candidates must be able to work various hours and days. In the absence of the Head Chef, the willingness to set up and assist the team when required is essential. Your duties will include: Food Preparation Delivering exceptional cuisine, maintaining consistency and the highest quality of food served in all kitchens Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen and related outlets Assisting in the preparation of department annual budgets Menu planning and food costing; developing and designing menu concepts for outlets/bars Having a confident and outgoing personality with high-level verbal communication skills Organizational skills including time management, task prioritization, and resource scheduling Possessing a Chef Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Excellent communication and presentation skills Previous experience in a commercial kitchen Can you see yourself in this role?
