Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAre you an exceptional Sous Chef looking for a change of scenery and interested in bringing your skills to different kitchens with various teams across our venues?Working across all our venues from Albany to Alkimos, providing shift coverage and support to the Executive Group Chef, this key role offers variety, challenges, and growth potential for the right candidate.Tillbrook Melaleuka Group (TMG) is an award-winning WA hospitality business with 5 unique venues across Perth and Albany: CY Precinct in Piara Waters, the Byford Tavern, the Wellard, the Amberton in Eglinton, and Hybla in Albany.We''re seeking an exceptional Sous Chef eager for a change of scenery and the opportunity to work across different kitchens and teams.You will work across our venues from Albany to Alkimos, covering leave, supporting the Executive Group Chef and onsite teams. This role is vital for the Group and offers significant growth potential.To be considered, you must be a fully qualified Sous Chef with experience in busy, fast-paced kitchens and be willing to travel to our venues as needed, including Albany 2-4 times a year with allowances provided.Role responsibilities include:Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in daily venue operationsSupervising junior kitchen staff and ensuring smooth serviceMaintaining kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with health regulationsManaging stock levels and assisting with ingredient orderingWorking across multiple sections with flexible hoursEnsuring consistency in food preparation and presentation across locationsTraveling to different venues as requiredCandidate requirements:Willingness to travel and flexible roster, working across up to 7 kitchensProven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role focused on serviceStrong culinary skills, creativity, and passion for innovationLeadership by example and contribution to daily kitchen operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of current food trends, dietary needs, and culinary techniquesFood Safety Supervisor certification and compliance with health and safety regulationsIf this sounds like the role for you, please APPLY NOW!How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to gain insights.To help us investigate, please include any relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
