This role coordinates the WaterSmart program and supports water efficiency initiatives, influencing GWWs 2027 Urban Water Strategy and 2028 Pricing Submission. Make a splash and be part of impactful future decisions! Responsibilities Partner with Business Relationship Managers to engage non-residential customers in WaterSmart. Coordinate program management, governance, monitoring, and reporting. Develop water efficiency guidance and explore new approaches. Connect water efficiency with drought planning. Collaborate with water agencies on aligned initiatives. Work with teams to develop communication strategies to maximize engagement. Skills & Experience Understanding of environmental and water resource issues. Strong communication, negotiation, and engagement skills. Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint. Experience in project coordination within dynamic environments. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Victorian drivers license preferred.
