If interested, please contact us via LinkedIn or send your updated CV to 2949927992@qq.com.What youll do?As an After-Sales Engineer, you will be a key technical resource and strategic partner for our clients, working closely to ensure successful installation, commissioning, repair, inspection, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of our products. Your expertise will help clients maximize value from Reemoon, fostering lasting relationships.This role is ideal for someone passionate about machinery and automation, with a love for solving challenging problems in fruit sorting equipment. You will leverage your technical skills and product knowledge to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.Perform maintenance, regular inspections, and servicing of company-delivered equipment.Handle installation, acceptance, and on-site operation training of new equipment.Provide on-site support for major company projects.Serve as the primary technical contact, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to monitor equipment performance and address service needs.What youll bring?Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.Previous experience as an After-Sales Engineer or similar role.Extensive experience with automated production lines, especially in fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems.Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.A problem-solving mindset focused on delivering customer-centric solutions.What else you must have to apply?Ambition for career growth and flexibility to work overtime if necessary.Ability to travel to client sites as required.An Australian permanent residence permit and eligibility to work full-time without restrictions.Possession of a valid Australian Forklift License.Chinese language proficiency is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
