If youre a finance professional with a curious mind and a real passion for operational improvement, this could be the role for you.As a Finance Manager supporting Supply Chain, your day-to-day will focus on partnering with our Supply Chain Leadership Team to support growth, as well as continuously improve financial acumen and governance across the team. This will be done through delivery of insightful analysis and influencing ways of working to improve performance and the status quo, leading a high-performing team. Success in this role will require you to develop trust throughout everything you do, becoming an invaluable member of our finance team.More about the role:Play a pivotal role in the finance component of planning, reporting, and forecasting for Central Supply ChainSupport monthly forecasts and annual plan submissionsPartner with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and productivity agendaActively contribute to and support projects and initiatives undertaken by the finance teamEnsure a strong controls and compliance environment within your scope and ensure full policy complianceContribute to a high-performing Finance team; invest in your personal development and that of your peersDesired experience and knowledge:Minimum 8-10 years experience in a similar role within FMCG, manufacturing, or related industriesDemonstrated agility through various business partnering roles in your finance careerStrong stakeholder influencing and management skills, with proven consumer-centric value generationTrack record of achieving results and adapting in transforming environmentsAbility to support high-performing teamsA degree in Commerce/Business/Maths/Economics, along with CA/CPA qualificationIf this sounds like your next career move, we want to hear from you!No relocation support available.Business Unit SummaryAt Mondelz International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
