Recruitment and selection processes aim to assess suitability, making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the employee lifecycle.About The RoleResponsibilities Include:Monitor, plan, and lead work and/or project teams dedicated to assisting schools in achieving organisational goals through improved resource use and HR management practices.Contribute to change and relational management processes as a member of the regional and HR program''s senior management team.Establish effective internal partnerships to deliver quality services.Conduct reviews of human resource services programs and functions.Develop creative solutions to support schools with workforce planning that aligns with their core business and adapts to community needs.Assist schools in developing workforce plans, structures, and processes addressing workplace health and safety.Identify and address emerging high-level HR policy issues aligned with departmental strategic objectives.Develop and support local consultancies to build school and community capacity, providing HR services and professional advice.Refer staff for employee counselling and support services.Manage cases involving medical concerns, including rehabilitation, return-to-work programs, and ill-health retirement options.Support and advise schools on performance management, complaints, grievance investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary recommendations.Interested?
