Currently managing up to 15 projects valued up to $10M, the business is expanding and aiming to take on projects up to $20M+. As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help build the business, elevate operations, and strengthen client relationships.Your new roleThe Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects valued up to $10M, ensuring seamless execution, cost control, and timely delivery. Working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, they will manage Early Contractor Involvement (ECIs), full project programming, client handovers, and team leadership, liaising with Site Managers and Contract Administrators.Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving project success and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role is based in the company''s brand-new Newcastle office, with two days per week required on-site at project locations across NSW.
