As an Employment Consultant, youll work closely with people with disabilities to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities. You will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training Providing in-employment support to sustain employment Marketing your participants skills to prospective employers Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks Keeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirements Actively participating in the local community to promote services We are looking for individuals who are: Passionate & Motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help participants succeed in employment Relationship Builders who have strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships with participants and employers Quality focused with an attention to detail and an ability to follow guidelines Problem solvers with the ability to think outside the square and develop strategies to place participants into sustainable employment Tech-Savvy and confident in using computers and online systems Confident in working independently in a one-person site At Sureway, we believe in offering more than just a job.
