The representative will utilize the approach, strategies and tactics prescribed by the Company. The employee will be a sustaining resource to the customers'' business by effectively communicating BakeMark bakery solutions'' total product and service offerings. Perpetuates the growth of the BakeMark bakery solutions brands at all times by maintaining a positive business relationship with all stakeholders. Treats all customers (both internal and external) with respect, courtesy, and kindness.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Attain or exceed the annual sales budget for assigned customers.Utilize the Strategy, Objective, Action steps & Responsibilities (S.O.A.R.) process to focus on objectives and communicate with appropriate parties. This includes research on the customer and aligning their needs with the companys competencies.Communicate weekly results on account priorities and actions needed to the Sales Manager, General Manager, and Vice President, Branch Development.Present products professionally using proposals, specifications, demonstrations, and marketing/support plans.Maintain and quote prices, ensuring they align with company guidelines and goals.Manage inventory forecasts, sales administration, resolve supply emergencies, and address daily customer needs.Facilitate orders via PS or EDI, manage order-processing issues.Facilitate collection of customer payments and update on credit compliance.Prepare period-end reports using company data, including sales trends, variances, and business drivers.Follow up on all customer requests and questions to ensure satisfaction.Travel as required, coordinating activities to minimize costs.Develop knowledge of company products, services, and policies through training.Treat all customers with dignity, respect, courtesy, and kindness.Respond to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.Perform other duties/projects to meet company goals.Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety rules.Exemplify core values of Partnership, Performance, Passion, and Initiative.Compensation:The starting salary range is $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.BakeMark does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms without a valid agreement.
