Funds Accounts Operations AnalystThe opportunityEY Ballarat Service Delivery Centre provides an alternative delivery model within Australia, decreasing risk to our clients, and increasing efficiency by standardizing repeatable processes. At Ballarat SDC, you will work with EY project teams across Australia to support large-scale client engagements. This is a great opportunity to achieve career advancement at a Global organization while living regionally.The Fund & Accounts Operations Analyst will provide a range of financial administration support to the engagements, as well as assisting the Service Delivery Team Leader/Manager by coordinating various tasks amongst the team and acting as first point of contact for general queries.Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.Your key responsibilitiesReview and process supplier/vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and received goods.Manage payments in accordance with the scheduled payment run and log received payments to appropriate accounts.Reconcile accounts using banking reports and accounting software, ensuring data integrity.Oversee and review daily Fund Valuations (NAV Prices) prepared by Fund Administrators before market release.Address Fund investor queries, collaborating with internal Account Managers and investor services teams.Assist in coordinating Financial Year-End activities for Australian Funds, ensuring compliance and accuracy.What we look forPrior experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Fund administration/Fund Operations or other Finance/Data-related roles.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail when handling large volumes of data.Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Reliable, structured, and proactive approach to assigned tasks, ensuring efficiency and productivity.What we offer youAt EY, well fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
