The organization is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and has over 60 years of industry leadership.The Adult Clinical Program Coordinator role combines clinical interventions with milieu management.Position Summary: Responsible for delivering clinical services, including planning, individual sessions, groups, and assessments in collaboration with the Program Director. Initiates program assessment and development efforts as directed. Manages a small caseload of patients, families, and groups, ensuring adherence to the treatment team''s guidance and clinical oversight from a licensed therapist (if not licensed). Conducts interviews, develops psychological histories, assesses therapeutic needs, and creates treatment objectives and summaries. Facilitates psychoeducational and process groups. Assists with daily milieu needs and collaborates with management on program improvements.
