Build and maintain an effective team of administrative staff, including coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient and effective work across the Office of the Chief Executive and the Office of the Executive Director Operations and Performance (OEDOP). Provide direction and input to the administrative requirements of the OCEHN in a changing health environment.The Office is based at Launceston General Hospital and supports the Chief Executive Hospitals North and the Executive Director of Operations and Performance (EDOP).As the Office Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the OCEHN, including:Coordinating high-quality administrative support services to the Chief Executive and EDOP, including rostering staff and resource allocation.Overseeing document workflows, including distribution, tracking, filing, and security of sensitive information.Regularly reviewing procedures, systems, and processes for continuous improvement.Supervising administrative staff, supporting performance reviews.Managing complex situations with confidentiality and discretion.Modeling behaviors aligned with Hospitals North CARE values of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all selection criteria to address in your application.Details of appointment:Permanent, full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, starting as soon as possible.
