We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Change Manager to join our team.We currently have one (1) permanent position available for immediate filling.This role is crucial in leading and managing organisational change to align with our strategic vision and enhance business efficiency. You will be working closely with the Leadership Team of our Business Information Systems area to co-design and drive change solutions and enable required mindsets, capabilities and behaviours.Please note, you will be required to work equally at both our Innaloo and Perth locations.In this role, you will:Lead and manage a coordinated approach for organisational change, ensuring employees adopt and utilise new ways of working.Assess the current state, gather future requirements, and co-design the future state, including performance outputs and strategic enablers.Provide performance coaching to leaders, enabling their roles as change sponsors.Design and facilitate strategic development opportunities, team alignment, and team building as part of people change enablement.For further information about the role, we encourage you to review the attached Job Description Form (JDF) and contact Karina McCrohan (Director Capability and Change) on 0458581856 and/or Karina.McCrohan@transport.wa.gov.au.
