Our commitment to sustainability dates back to our roots in 1885, with the invention of the first electric room thermostat.About this role:Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Service Team Leader BAS to lead a team of technicians.Your responsibilities will include:Focus on building automation equipmentSupporting day-to-day operations for breakdowns and contract servicingOperational supervision and support for a small team of Apprentices and Trades staffContract management and associated deliverablesQuoting and small project managementSystem diagnostics of BMS controls and HVAC systemsTroubleshooting, servicing, programming, inspection, and testing of BAS systemsMotivate the team to maintain and improve Customer SatisfactionMeet with customers to review assignments and analyze problemsAs a Team Leader, you will handle ambiguity well and believe that the best work is done in teams. You manage multiple priorities simultaneously through excellent planning, organization, and time management skills. You are intellectually curious, driving continual learning for yourself and your team.You also understand that internal and external collaboration drives improvement and best practices. Above all, you are commercially driven and understand the need to deliver on targets within acceptable risk profiles and margin levels.What we are looking for:Degree or equivalent from a Technical / Trade School with a certificate in Building Automation and five (5) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Electrical LicensePrevious experience with BAS systemsA strong IT backgroundExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer focusIf you are interested in the role, please click the ''Apply Now'' button below.
