As a Graduate or Property Manager Land Tax and Valuations Executive, you will work alongside experienced professionals supporting the statutory valuation and lease administration functions for Telstras national property portfolio.This role offers hands-on experience and a clear career path towards becoming a qualified property valuer, especially in the field of land tax. Its ideal for someone with a keen interest in property, valuations, or real estate who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Senior Land Tax Valuer with the coordination and review of land tax assessments and statutory valuation data.Undertaking financial and sensitivity analysis and support the preparation and submission of valuation objections to State Revenue Offices (SROs) under supervision.Liaise with Councils and other state/ regulatory bodies on rates; assessments and other notices as required.Compiling and verifying Statutory Notices and entering Data into a new Global Valuation Management System. Maintain accurate records of valuation notices, objections, outcomes, and related correspondence.Assist in compiling reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and client updates.Collaborate with the Lease Administration team to ensure alignment between lease data and valuation records.Tracking Objections lodged, answering Government Body queries and uploading data when Objection responses are received.Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document tracking, and deadline monitoring.Research relevant property and valuation data to support decision-making and objection preparation.Gain exposure to a wide range of commercial, retail, and industrial property assets.Interested?
