This role also focuses on mentoring and guiding client service team to deliver efficient, quality client-centred services.What youll doIn this role you will deliver a wide range of applicant, tenancy, and property management services.Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address complex tenancy issues, neighbourhood dispute and breaches.Oversee key processes such as client transfers, arrears and optimising workflow to deliver quality business performance.Manage client accounts, applications and rental subsidies to ensure timely processing and compliance in line with policies.Proactively seek opportunities to uplift team capability.What were looking forYou will be committed to driving positive change, who advocates for clients with complex needs.
