We firmly believe that our product ecosystem and portfolio of innovation set our brand apart.We have an opportunity for you to join Samsung Electronics Australia to make a difference as our National Account Executive (NAE) in the Mobile Experience (MX) division.In this role, you will provide overall operations and Supply Chain Management (SCM) support for your assigned account. This includes sales reporting and tracking, SCM analysis, Retail Enhancement team communications and compliance support, along with general administrative tasks.As the NAE, you will be the process champion for your account to enable them to operate at maximum efficiency whilst adhering to all internal processes and guidelines. As an important member within the sales & operations organization, the NAE has shared accountability for helping to drive sales performance, the profitable achievement of goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm account strategy.Role and ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships at all levels within assigned accountsAttend weekly meetings with various teams such as the sales, field team, category and SCMProvide weekly internal field communication reports and updates to the field team for retail storesManage resolution of compliance casesSales Targets and ActivitiesAchieve sales targets within your account across product categoriesManage sales forecasts to vendors (sell-in) and from vendors to consumers (sell-out)Sales Incentives Rebates, Claims, and ApprovalsInput and approve sales deduction rebate requests, verify claims data, and manage approvals for various requestsSupply Chain ManagementMonitor sales forecasts (sell-in/sell-out), deliveries, and create delivery schedulesOversee EDI Project ManagementReporting and AnalysisManage account forecast i.e. net sales revenue (monthly, quarterly, yearly)Track open POsConduct sales reportingSupport quarterly account plan preparationSkills and Qualifications3+ years of National Account Executive or Territory/Regional/State sales account management experienceOpen to experience working in industries such as Telecommunications, FMCG, Computer Hardware, Consumer Electronics or Consumer GoodsUnderstanding of Australian retail market with experience in sales, marketing, or forecasting experience preferredPrior experience in achieving Sell-in and Sell-out targets, manage Weeks of Supply, increase Market Share, and meet profitability targetsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsPassion for achieving targets and improving processesProficient in Excel and PowerPointWhat sets us apart from the rest?At the heart of our DNA is the pursuit of excellence and bringing innovation to everyone, faster than anyone.
