We provide around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet client needs. Job Responsibilities Provide a genuine, compassionate, and personalized care experience to clients. Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Deliver care according to the client''s care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse). Ensure safety and proper use of equipment. Accurately complete records and documentation. Mandatory Requirements Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support, Individual Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience.
