About The Opportunity We''re looking for a proactive and organised Learning and Development Officer to support the coordination and delivery of workforce training across Council. This is a hands-on role focused on building practical learning experiences that support compliance, capability and engagement. You''ll be joining a collaborative People, Safety and Performance team that''s been steadily strengthening systems and processes. Learning and development is a growing focus areaso we''re looking for someone who''s keen to contribute, shape, and improve processes along the way.
