Long established family-owned Gold Coast Piling company has a new opportunity for a Commercial Office/ Residential Cleaner to join our team for an immediate start, someone with strong attention to detail, cleaning experience in a commercial setting, that is hands-on and dependable individual with sound interpersonal and communication skills. This is a full-time position and will require some travel, therefore a reliable vehicle is necessary. We will provide all cleaning products and equipment. Workplace based in Alberton QLD. Key daily Responsibilities: Perform general office and domestic cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste in an appropriate manner. Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Comply with all safety and cleaning regulations. Monitoring the cleanliness of all facilities. Ideal candidate requirements: Australian Citizen OR Permanent Resident is a must. Current BLUE CARD - required Current Police check, no older than three months - required Valid Australian Driver''s Licence and access to reliable vehicle (no public transport nearby) - required Must be able to show recent and contactable professional references. Experience in Commercial Cleaning is highly regarded , however domestic cleaning experience is also acceptable. The successful applicant will need to be punctual, efficient and autonomous.
