We seek someone with excellent reception and administrative skills to support our Workplace Experience initiatives.The role is based at our corporate reception, requiring a person who enjoys challenges, understands good customer experience, and can foster meaningful connections that promote a sense of belonging among our workforce and visitors.This position ensures the smooth operation of our offices locally and nationally, leaving visitors with a positive impression of the AEMO brand.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls, respond to staff queries, set up meeting roomsGreet staff and visitors, accept deliveriesManage requests via mailbox/MS TeamsHandle Front of House/Concierge/Catering dutiesAnticipate needs of workforce and visitorsTroubleshoot issues proactivelySupport employee onboarding and offboardingReview invoices and purchase ordersMaintain records and databasesEnsure health and safety standardsCollaborate with the National Workplace, Facilities, and Property team for continuous improvementQualifications and SkillsExperience in corporate reception or similar rolesExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS TeamsUnderstanding of Workplace Support and Concierge servicesKnowledge of Facility/Property support functionsAwareness of Facility/Property compliance requirementsBenefitsProfessional development opportunities including projects, networks, and study assistanceUp to 4 days of volunteering leave annuallyPerformance bonuses (where applicable)Wellness programs, discounted health insurance, gym perks, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Application ProcessAEMO values diversity and inclusivity.
