4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from Kinex HealthWorkplace Wellbeing Specialist | Building Sustainable High Performance in Teams | Replacing EAP with a Better WayWant to get your foot in the door of workplace wellbeing?Thanks to a period of rapid growth, Kinex Health has a part-time opportunity for an AEP to work alongside our team delivering workplace wellbeing initiatives to a range of clients.Reporting to the managing director and working with a multi-disciplinary team of health and wellbeing experts, we are looking for a skilled and hungry exercise physiologist that wants to make a real difference in peoples lives.Based in Sydney, this hybrid role is primarily patient-focused, with a diverse range of other essential contributions and the opportunity to learn and grow along the way.The successful applicant will have the opportunity to turn this into a full time role and career.Day to day:Conduct individual health and wellbeing consultations and coaching sessions (online and in-person).Connect and develop relationships with a large and diverse range of people on a daily basis.Administer, collect, and analyse surveys and data to inform wellbeing initiatives.Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and programs tailored to diverse audiences.Collaborate with health and safety teams and leadership to implement wellbeing strategies.Create engaging and informative content for social media, newsletters and internal comms.Upskill in key areas to expand your knowledge and skills base.Assist with assorted tasks as required.About you:We are looking for a skilled and hungry Accredited Exercise Physiologist with some experience in clinical settings, one-on-one consultations, and/or health and wellbeing coaching.As the role is highly people-focused, an outgoing, friendly, empathetic people-person will thrive.Previous experience in clinical settings and/or workplace wellbeing is preferable, however the drive to learn, grow, and adapt is critical, as the necessary skills can be learned along the way.This role involves a large amount of contact with the early learning sector, so experience in this area is highly desired but not essential.Accredited Exercise Physiologist with some clinical experience in lifestyle modification.Outgoing, people-oriented personality with strong communication skills.Highly proactive person with the ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively, and manage time effectively.Own car, valid drivers licence, and ability to travel (mostly Sydney-based, with occasional interstate travel).Kind, empathetic, and approachable.Desire to learn, grow and adapt.Desirable (but not essential) Criteria:Experience in musculoskeletal and lifestyle-related health conditions.Experience in early childhood education settings.Public speaking or facilitation skills for delivering workshops and presentations.Nutrition knowledge or experience.Data literacy, including the ability to interpret wellbeing metrics and make evidence-based recommendations.Organisational skills and attention to detail.Interest in innovation and keeping up with trends in health and wellbeing.Contract rates (based on experience):$400 -
