We are committed to expanding our business to deliver fully integrated services and projects that add value for our clients, our people, and the communities in which we work.GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).We are seeking EOIs from experienced Permit to Work Coordinators to join our growing team in Western Australia for casual FIFO, short-term roles for various sites.FIFO 2:1 roster (preferable) or 2:2 roster consideredCasual - $100.00/hour rateMandatory Trade Qualification required.Previous Industry experience required.As a Permit to Work Coordinator you are responsible for managing permits, completing and modifying JHAs, completing permits and work packs, you will coordinate meetings and ensure appropriate sign off and authorisation is complete for work activities.Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToIssue permits and certificates for safe systems of work on siteLiaise with work parties during planning phase to complete Permit Reviews to ensure appropriate level of risk assessment is performedIdentify activities that conflict with other work and that such hazards are identified and that steps are being undertaken to analyse and implement mitigationsDevelop and execute Isolation plans as an Isolation Authority/VerifierLead daily PTW coordination meeting, update and circulate list of planned work activitiesKeep up-to-date daily register of PTWs, supplementary certificates, audits and performance statisticsParticipating in HSE activities and audits.Supporting the implementation of the GR Production Services HSE, Quality objectives and Action Improvement plansTraining of staff and contractors on the Permit To Work SystemQualifications And Experience Mandatory5+ years PTW and Isolations experience in the same or similar roles within Oil and Gas projectsCertificate III or IV in Process Plant TechnologyTrade certificate as Mechanic or E&I TechnicianOpen Drivers LicenceEEHA awarenessPositive mindset with a team player mentalityFlexible approach we all know things can change at a drop of a hat.Strong communications skillsExcellent OSHE standardsWhat We OfferCompetitive rates of payTeam orientated environmentPotential career advancementIf you would like to be considered, please feel free to apply your details now ensuring you complete the screening questions.If you have applied to us previously, please feel free to add your details again.Due to the volume of candidates that we envision receiving, only candidates shortlisted for interviewing will be contacted.GRPS is committed to workplace diversity and strongly encourages female and indigenous candidates to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
