Brett Harvey Designs and Constructions are seeking an experienced and high-performing New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubbo.The New Home Sales Consultant is part of Brett Harvey Designs and Construction and reports to the General Manager. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their journey of purchasing and building a new home with Brett Harvey Designs.Primary duties and responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.Enhance customer experiences through proactive communication and positive engagement.Report on weekly sales performance indicators.Regularly evaluate and improve the customer experience via surveys and feedback.Participate in and contribute to fortnightly sales meetings.Manage and present Brett Harvey Designs display home and inventory professionally.Understand and manage Contract of Sale Conditions to mitigate risks.Advise clients on house design, upgrades, and marketing collateral.Support clients through the sales cycle, including quoting, tenders, variations, colour selections, plans, contracts, and handover.Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients in making informed decisions within their timeframe and budget.Manage client expectations and act as a trusted advisor during the home-building process.Assist clients with finance requirements, liaising with banks and brokers as needed.Understand DA-CC and CDC approval requirements.Lead with enthusiasm, proactivity, and a customer-focused approach.Possess relevant industry qualifications and experience in residential New Home sales.Travel regularly to meet and liaise with clients and service their needs.Utilize industry-leading systems and software such as Framework, HubSpot, Office 365, etc.Maintain a strong understanding of business, legal, and financial aspects of sales.Apply knowledge of real estate, property development marketing, and advertising techniques.Identify opportunities for business improvement and act proactively.Understand planning controls and the residential building development process.Have a robust understanding of home construction administration and delivery.Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Be ambitious, adaptable, friendly, energetic, and committed to a long-term career.Be proficient with modern technologies and software.Manage multiple tasks efficiently with flexible time management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
