Elgas LimitedCustomer Service ManagerDubbo (NSW), Australia | req23316To lead a successful team in marketing LPG to a satisfied and growing customer base in the most profitable, efficient, and safe manner.What You Will Enjoy DoingAchieve budgeted sales, service charges, and customer growth targetsPrepare and meet an annual budget with P&L accountabilityManage margins effectively and control costs within the Customer Centre budgetEnsure all depots operate within DG limits, in collaboration with Operations staff, maintaining safe working practices at all timesAssist in developing and implementing an annual training plan for staff to improve efficiency and capability through existing and new processesRecruit, lead, retain, and develop a motivated team aligned with Elgas philosophies and goalsManage team performance, including drivers, through performance management and annual appraisalsSupport the Regional Transport Manager in maximizing transport efficiencies and collaborate with operational staff and regional schedulers to manage the transport fleetWhat Makes You GreatStrong customer service focus combined with sound business acumenExperience in the transport and operations industry is highly regardedMinimum of 2 years of experience managing direct reportsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to travel between Dubbo and Orange centersValid drivers license with a clean driving recordWhy You Will Love Working With UsThinking outside the box, working on new topics and concepts, and delivering innovative solutions to our internal customers are essential for success.
