Together well show you its possible to make an impact, and to never underestimate what youre capable of achieving.The Technical Product Owner works closely with business partners, wider technology domains and external parties providing a single point of accountability across Plan, Build and Run for Technology products in the Airline Experience portfolio. The goal is to deliver world class capabilities to our operational staff, and a world class experiences to our customers.This role is in a highly reactive area working with products and projects within integrated operations, crisis management and accountable for aligning product delivery plans to enable the business to achieve their objectives & strategic outcomes from concept through to operations.The Technical Product Owner is a leader with a customer-centric mentality and plays a crucial decision maker role with the ability to manage high pressure areas that may impact critical operations. They will manage the quality of service and operational stability, including IT risk and compliance management, delivering service improvements and providing input to service management strategies.They responsible for developing a team culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Youll Have7 - 10 years experience in an Agile environment and experience (or equivalent work experience)3+ years in implementation and delivery rolesDemonstrated Senior Product Ownership experience, proven product delivery, implementation and run.Strong financial management, strong commercial and business acumenProven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve, or lead the solving of strategic problems of high complexity on a large scaleExpert stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functionsSolid experience in operational service managementExperience designing and facilitating fit for purpose workshops that deliver defined outcomesExpert stakeholder engagement and management skillsAble to work cross-functionally and align business unit processes to enterprise business processesStrong negotiation and conflict skillsStrong people leadership skills and experiencePreferably Airport or Airline technology experienceWhy Qantas?If youre successful in your application, youll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
