You can read more about SMHS in our Strategic Plan here.Currently we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Respiratory team. The successful applicant shall be responsible for continuing and overseeing delivery of quality patient care. The CNS Respiratory collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive person centred, evidenced based education to patients and carers. The CNS Respiratory works to improve and promote the development of standards of practice, implementation of changes to clinical proactive, initiating research and quality improvement activities; and the provision of a consultation service within the area of expertise for all consumers within the hospital and health service.No sponsorship will be provided for this role.Our Values guide our work in every action, and that includes recruitment and employment!
