You will analyze market trends, shopper insights, and competitive landscapes to uncover opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, you will optimize product placement, pricing, and promotional strategies, along with developing and delivering compelling category & range presentations to influence internal stakeholders and retail customers. This role emphasizes driving NPD products and would suit someone with a creative flair.Skills & experienceSuccess in this role requires demonstrated experience as a Category Manager within the FMCG industry. You should possess strong analytical skills, excellent presentation & relationship-building abilities, and a collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead projects and influence decision-making.
