They have developed a strong reputation for excellence in the industry with a collaborative, motivated and forward-thinking environment where every team member''s contribution is valued and recognised.ABOUT THE POSITON.This is an opportunity for an Junior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.DUTIES.Assist in managing Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.Create procurement and contract advice.Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates.Assist with projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.A bachelors degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)Minimum 1 years experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.Experience working with CostX is desirable.CULTURE.Join a diverse, experience team that values a motivated and positive workplace, with a massive focus on work-life balance.
