Yo-Chi kick-started Melbournes self-serve frozen yogurt scene with the opening of the first venue in Balaclava in September 2012. As of today, we have 47 venues with plans to double the size of the business over the next 18 months. Were proud to be a family-owned Australian business, and chi remains at the heart of everything we do.About The RoleThe Marketing Coordinator''s purpose is to support the Marketing team in executing marketing strategies that continue to engage and delight customers aka Share The Chi. Theyll be a critical custodian of the Yo-Chi brand, passionate about connecting with our customers. This is an entry level coordinator role with endless possibilities and unimaginable opportunities to grow with us.Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:Support the upkeep of digital platforms (website, app, Google listings, trading hours) and edit digital assets to ensure content accuracy and consistency.Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns, including development of campaign packs, managing print production, venue checks, and in-store marketing rollouts.Assist with PR agency coordination and influencer activity, including tracking Chi Points and campaign participation.Help deliver local marketing plans and initiatives, such as outdoor advertising, junior sports sponsorships, and community engagement programs.Manage marketing checklists for new openings, including signage, hoarding, photography, artist coordination, and digital listings.Build strong relationships across operations and venue teams, regularly engaging with teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts.Maintain marketing tools (SharePoint, Asana, Canto), support with reporting, document management, and continuous process improvements.The successful candidate will have:Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communicationsKnowledge of traditional and digital marketingAbility to communicate effectively, with all team members at all levels, suppliers and agenciesProficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and WordAbility to work well under pressure, show resilience and be flexibleA detailed and focused approach to work, be highly organised and a self-starterA positive can do attitude and the willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative work environment.Additional desired skills:Experience in Marketing Coordination or similar roleExperience using Digital Asset Manager Tools such as CantoExperience using workflow management tools such as AsanaReady to shape the future of one of Australias coolest brands?
