Over the decades, it has become a recognized smallgoods brand, known for ham, bacon, salami, and continental meats.As part of George Weston Foods, we are committed to high-quality food production and continuous improvements in operations, sustainability, and food safety.About the RoleAs an Export Coordinator, you will manage our Export Program, ensuring compliance with Australian and international regulations. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure export-eligible products, documentation, certifications, and factory procedures meet DAFF, importing country, and customer requirements.This is a 6-month contract role with potential for permanence.ResponsibilitiesManage the export program, ensuring compliance with Australian and destination country requirements.Prepare and manage export documentation, including meat transfer certificates and chain-of-custody records.Ensure third-party suppliers (meat, packaging, transport, warehousing) are export-registered and certified.Manage product lifecycle updates, including market access changes and approvals.Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, audits, and regulatory inspections.Provide training and support to internal teams on export processes within the factory.Why Join UsOur purpose is to craft food that brings out the good.
