You will help deliver sustainable, market-leading solutions that drive meaningful value for our customers and Co-brand partners.Reporting to the Co-brand Partnerships Manager, youll contribute to the development and execution of product and partnership strategies designed to achieve profitable growth and deepen customer loyalty supported by robust operational excellence.At American Express, were proud of our strong team culture built on collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning. Were seeking a motivated, commercially minded individual who is excited to grow with us as we evolve our Co-brand product strategy and partner relationships to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.Responsibilities:Support the Co-brand Product Manager complete the Co-brand Partnership Plan activities to achieve our business goalsProduct and project management including projects, value proposition and processes, customer experience and operational controlsEnsure a high standard of product compliance, identifying and addressing any operational or regulatory risk including conducting regular audits and reviews of product assets & processesOngoing monitoring of product metrics including regular competitor reviews and activityBuild positive relationships across the business and Co-brand Partners to optimise Co-brand products and projects, operating under an optimal control & compliance framework and timeframes.To be successful in this position you will require:Solid Product/project Management, Marketing or Business Analyst experienceStrategic thinker and self-starter with strong attention to detail, problem-solving and collaboration skillsCustomer first approach with the ability to drive initiatives and go-to-market milestonesBe a teammate who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude even during changing work prioritiesExperience working with external Partners is idealWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
