Our purpose is to unlock accounts through land & expand strategies for complex accounts. We''re working toward our 10-year target of unlocking 10,000 accounts for our clients by 2034.The OpportunityWe''re seeking a motivated B2B marketing strategist to join our innovative team. You''ll create, implement, and optimise GTM and ABM strategies for our diverse client base, which includes some of the world''s top tech companies.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys presenting complex ideas clearly and is passionate about leveraging ABM to achieve measurable results. Don''t worry if you don''t have extensive ABM experience - we''ll train you and bring you up to speed.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage bespoke ABM strategies to meet our clients'' unique needsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to create aligned strategiesMake insightful recommendations based on client data and industry trendsCommunicate strategic plans and progress reports to stakeholders and clientsAnalyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise resultsShare ABM knowledge and best practices with the teamRequirementsExperience in designing and implementing B2B marketing strategiesExceptional communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical abilitiesExperience in the B2B space, particularly with technology companies (preferred)Detail-oriented approach to workPrior experience working alongside sales teams (a plus)Commitment to our values: radical candor, radical ownership, continuous learning, and results-oriented mindsetWe''re based in Melbourne, but open to applications from anywhere in Australia.If you''re based in Melbourne, you''ll be expected to join us in our CBD office twice a week.If you''re not in Melbourne, this will be a remote role, but we value human connection.
