We employ staff in over 400 offices across all states of Australia.This position is working within our APM Futures program, based in Devonport.About the RoleAPM Futures delivers highly individualised employment supports to NDIS Participants.You will be motivating, mentoring and supporting personal growth, helping your participants to develop and establish their vocational identity, tailoring their supports to their individual requirements.Provide hands-on & highly consultative support to a small group of participantsProvide mentorship, encourage skills development and increase peoples capacity for workDeliver person-centred supports to participants, some transitioning from school to workProvide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integrationProvide support and consultation to employersQualifications & RequirementsWe welcome those from various backgrounds, including Youth Services, NDIS, Community Services and Employment Services.
