Were seeking a detail-oriented Training Officer to support our teams across Queenslands major Mining, Ports, Rail, and Infrastructure sites. If you have experience in mobilisation, site inductions, and compliance within these industries, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities IncludeDeliver an exceptional and seamless onboarding experience for all new employees.Manage pre-employment and QLD Coal Board medical bookingsOrganise QLD Coal inductions, site inductions, and high-risk work authorisations for employees.Maintain ongoing compliance for new and existing workers.Keep and maintain accurate employee files across various internal and external systems.Update and maintain skills matrixesDevelop training needs analysis for long term contracts and shutdowns.Provide assistance with office phone operations.Experience RequiredStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent listening and communication skills with all levels of employees and management.Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite.Previous experience in delivering support with onboarding, site training, and mobilisation (highly regarded).Familiarity with BMA and Glencore Site Induction processes and procedures (highly regarded).Familiarity with Reshealth / QLD Coal board medicals (highly regarded).Benefits Of Choosing WiselyProfessional Development: Ongoing team-building activities and learning experiences with industry experts.Mental Health Support: Employee assistance program for you and your familys well-being.Work-Life Balance: Monthly Rostered Day Off (conditions apply).Ready to make an impact?
