Your Role in Action Innovate and Fabricate: Utilize workshop machinery to manufacture engineering components, applying your fabrication skills to contribute to various projects. Keep Our Assets Running: Participate in preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and assist with repairs to ensure optimal factory operations. Empower the Next Generation: Guide apprentices and trainees, define tasks, and provide on-the-job training and feedback. Collaborate for Success: Liaise with the Work Coordinator on costs, scheduling, and asset performance to drive improvement. Document with Precision: Complete work orders and permits accurately, maintain timesheets, and prepare reports. Uphold Quality and Teamwork: Conduct inspections, identify problems, and implement improvements to maintain high standards. Your Winning Combination Hold a Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Fitting), with current Confined Space, Safe Working at Heights certificates, and a manual driver''s license. Additional certificates are a plus, but we support your growth.
