Maintains records related to Protective Services/Police data, issues keys, parking permits, and processes employee data in the system. Upholds Summa Health''s mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.One (1) year of related customer service experience, preferably in Police/Fire/EMS settings, demonstrating communication and decision-making skills under pressure.ORPossession of one or more 9-1-1 Dispatcher Certifications (e.g., NECI, APCO, Powerphone, Cuyahoga Community College).Skills and CompetenciesTyping proficiency of 30 words per minute.Ability to obtain and maintain LEADS/OHLEG certification.Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively, especially with emotionally distressed persons.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Confidentiality and multitasking capabilities.Physical DemandsSedentary work with occasional sitting, standing, stooping, and bending.Ability to hear normal audio ranges, detect radio traffic, alarms, and phone rings amidst background noise.Compensation and BenefitsStarting at $21.33/hr - $25.60/hr, based on experience and location.
